My order has shipped but has not arrived, where is it?
 By Standard Mail within the UK We can usually expect items sent by Standard Mail within the UK to arrive within 2 to 5 days from shipment. However, if after 10 days from the shipping date the parcel has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.
Which DVD Regions do you sell?
 All DVD are region 0 unless specified. - REGION 0 or REGION ALL - Discs are uncoded and can be played Worldwide, however, PAL discs must be played in a PAL-compatible unit and NTSC discs must be played in an NTSC-compatible unit.
How can I return a faulty / incorrect item?
 You should return the item, Please enclose a note quoting your order number, what you are returning, the nature of the fault, and specifying whether you require the correct item to be sent out, or a refund
